Job Description
WFM Analyst - Nashville, TN
Maximus is seeking individuals who can excel in a fast paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks at once. Candidates should demonstrate strong listening and computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure. The WFM Analyst supports daily operations by monitoring call volume, staffing levels, and performance metrics to ensure service standards are consistently met. The role involves performing routine tasks, researching inquiries using various tools and systems, and helping maintain smooth call center operations through accurate, real time workforce insights.

This position is onsite at our Nashville location. The center operates 24/7; therefore, candidates must be able to work a shift during any time within a 24-hour period, including weekends and holidays.

Must be a US Citizen

*This position is contingent upon contract award and will require you to pass a Federal background check* 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
- Monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Research inquiries using various tools, databases, written materials, and the web to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries.

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN required. 
- The center operates 24/7; therefore, candidates must be able to work a shift during any time within a 24-hour period, including weekends and holidays.
